Hello,

     is it possible to flash code in the MSP430 , using the JTAG board,
with the msp430-jtag commands?

      for example:

                 * $ msp430-jtag -e  <name_of_the_file>.elf*

*      if yes, this file would be transmitted thru the parallel port of the
PC ?*

Objection! :-)

it's here:
https://launchpad.net/python-msp430-tools

yes, but you will also need a MSP430.dll or .so library.
http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/MSP_Debug_Stack
(or the one you get with 3rd party JTAG adapters)

default of used MSP430.dll, typically parallel port. if you specify
-pUSB it will use the TI JTAG adapter.
